All Nextsportstore.com products come with a 90-day Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. Nextsportstore.com warranties our products to be free of defects due to flaws in materials, manufacturing or workmanship for 90 days from the date of purchase. There are no other expressed or implied warranties.
If you wish to return a product you have purchased from Nextsport, please contact us via email at warranty@nextsport.com or call us at (800) 727-0331 to receive a Return Authorization number. All returns must have an RMA. Products without an RMA will not be accepted. Proof of purchase date is required (i.e. invoice number, sales slip, packing slip) for warranty verification.
Nextsportstore.com reserves the right to repair, supply replacement parts, or replace a defective product at our discretion.
This warranty is limited to appropriate transportation or recreational use; any other use or misuse will void the warranty. The warranty does not extend to standard "wear and tear" produced by normal operation or to any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage, consumer abuse, neglect, use by riders weighing over the maximum listed on the product specification, rental or commercial uses, or any modification of, or to, any part of the scooter.
